Aaah-Da-Sea - This place is huge! 4,000 square feet of fantastic beach house with outstanding ocean views, a 16x32 heated pool, large hot tub, rec room with pool table, and seven bedrooms. We just completed a major renovation, with new ceramic tile, carpets, paint, living room furniture and decorations. And now it's connected to the Southern Outer Banks Water System, so no more well water! This place rocks!!!

Here's a photo of the roomy seating area in the newly renovated Great Room. There's comfortable seating in front of the gas fireplace and TV with DVD, VCR and stereo. Fun books line the bookshelves. Behind the sofa is the overflow dining table that seats four. The entire room enjoys fantastic ocean views, and has two sets of sliders to access the decks.
This is another seating area in the Great Room. Play cards, do a puzzle, enjoy a snack or read a book while taking in the ocean views.
This comfortable seat is in the ships watch overlooking the great room. It is a great place to get away and curl up with a book, yet still be near the rest of your group. A window here looks out towards the historic Currituck light house.
This spacious kitchen has it all for your large group. Plenty of dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and utensils. Two dishwashers, two coffee makers and a separate ice maker complement this gracious food preparation and serving area.
Here's a view of the kitchen and dining area - we took it while standing in front of the fireplace in the great room.
This photo shows the view from the kitchen across the great room and towards the ocean view. Lots of windows let in tons of sunlight, brightening your day. There's a dining table that seats ten, a counter that seats six, plus a separate table with four chairs.

This large (16x32) heated pool is where our family hangs out the most. There are deck chairs and lounges around the pool. Also in the pool area is a large hot tub. Nearby is a park grill and picnic table.
There's so much to do here - swimming pool, hot tub, volleyball, basket ball, horse shoes, pool table, games and puzzles. Plus TV's with DVD & VCRs. Oh, and did we mention the great ocean beaches just a quick stroll from the house?!! Aaah-Da-Sea has is all for a grand vacation.
This pool photo also shows the hot tub, a great place to relax anytime. We especially enjoy watching the shooting stars late at night while soaking in the hot tub.

Sun and shade decks surround this large beach house. In addition to the pool deck there are two wide decks wrapping around the house and facing the ocean. Plus there's a rooftop deck for privacy, sunbathing and super ocean views.
This is the top level deck outside the great room. There are plenty of adirondack chairs and lounges, plus a table and chairs for games and eating. The great room is accessed through the sliding glass door in the foreground. The slider on the right side of this photo (where the house juts out) accesses the master bedroom.
Check out the ocean view - you can see this from the top-level decks and the great room!

This large bedroom with two twin beds is also on the ground floor, and shares a bathroom with the queen bedroom above.
Stash the kids here, they'll have a blast! This bedroom has two duobunk beds and can easily sleep six. It has it's own private bathroom, and opens right into the rec room.

One of the things I like most about vacationing at Aaah-Da-Sea is that I can watch the sun rise every morning without even getting out of bed!
These photos were taken with head on pillow in the top-level master bedroom.
I don't usually set an alarm on vacations, but this sight is sure worth it...even if I roll back to sleep after the sun rises. What a glorious way to start my day! Sometimes I'll set the coffee maker to brew automatically (both coffee makers are programmable), then I can grab a cup of Java, watch the sun rise, then nip down to the hot tub. It's a great way for you and your favorite squeeze to start the day!!! Enjoy!
Couldn't resist - here's another beautiful sunrise.
Even sunsets are beautiful! This photo shows wispy clouds over the ocean reflecting the sun setting behind me. I was on the rooftop deck watching a gorgeous sun set, and just happened to turn around and caught this image.

The full moon rising over the ocean early one night in January. It lit up the ocean, yet stars were still visible higher in the sky. What a neat site!

A warm glow from the fireplace makes for a delightful romantic setting...one of the things we like best about coming to the beach off season. Try it for yourself - we've deeply discounted early Spring weeks, so come on by!
