Here are several photos showing the great room on the top level of the house. It has two sets of sliding glass doors to the decks and features a sitting area, full kitchen, and two dining areas. The sliders open onto the top decks with adirondack chairs, built-in seating, and stairs to the hot tub and pool.

The wrap-around couch faces an entertainment center with gas fireplace, color TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo.

We have a brand new kitchen with hickory cabinets, stone counters, stainless steel appliances and a ceramic tile floor. The kitchen is very well equipped and has plenty of room to prepare meals. We just re-stocked the kitchen with new plates, dishes, flatware, pots, pans, glasses, blender, coffee maker and utensils. There's a dishwasher (can't go on vacation without one!), stove, oven, fridge and microwave. Of course, you can also order in pizza!

Here's the dining table and chairs (you probably already figured that out...). Sliding glass doors open onto the decks (they are to the left of this picture) and let you enjoy views of the ocean while dining.  

This is another shot of the kitchen showing the second dining area. In all, the house comfortably seats 16 for dinner, and there are extra chairs that can be squeezed in around the table if needed. Plus a high chair for the little one!

Here's my favorite spot at the house, the large pool. It's 16 feet by 32 feet, so there's lots of room. Plus, there's lot of chairs and loungers. Surrounding the pool are trees that provide a natural and very private setting. We just rebuilt the entire pool - it's fantastic!

This pool photo shows the table and chairs plus the park grill. In between the table and grill (under the stairs) is the outside shower. Boy, I wish I was swimming in the pool right now!

This is the master bedroom on the top floor of the house. You can see the ocean from the king-sized bed - wake up early and watch sunrise without getting out of bed! Behind the curtains are sliding glass doors to the deck, where there are adirondack chairs and steps down to the hot tub and pool. This bedroom has it's own private bathroom, plus a TV and DVD player.

This photo shows one of the two master bedrooms on the middle level of the house. This one has a king-size bed plus sliding glass doors that open onto the mid-level decks, where you'll find chairs and the hot tub. There's a TV and VCR, plus a private bathroom. Following is a photo of the ocean view from this bedroom.

Here's a photo of the other master bedroom on the middle level. It also has sliding glass doors that open onto the decks. Step outside your bedroom and relax in the chairs and hot tub, or take the steps down to the pool. There's a private bathroom plus TV and VCR. The next photo shows the ocean view from this room.

This photo was takin in January, in summer the trees bloom with leaves, creating a private and lush setting. And you can still see the ocean over the trees!

In addition to the three master bedrooms, there is a bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with duo-bunks. The twin bedroom has sliders that open up to the mid-level decks. Built-in seating and adirondack chairs make a comfortable spot to relax, and the hot tub and pool are just steps away. You can see the ocean from this room - the next photo shows the view.

This is a picture of the bedroom with duo-bunks. There's room for two kids (or friendly adults!) on the lower bunk, plus a trundle mattress and top bunk. Four can easily sleep here!

The ground level of our home features a comfortable rec room with a kitchenette plus a bathroom including shower. The sliding glass doors open onto the pool area. There's a table and chairs by the pool, plus lots of deck and lounge chairs. And, of course, the large 16x32 pool.

Have hours of fun at the foosball table - we have friendly competitions that go on all week long! Plus the pool is right outside. And there a TV and DVD. And a couch. And a rcouple of chairs and tables. And games. Plus a wetbar with full refrigerator and microwave. Load up on beer, wine, soda, popcorn and snacks and let the good times begin! That's what we do...so come on by and enjoy 1 Cool Spot!

This is the other end of the decks on the top level of our house. These chairs are outside the top-level master bedroom. Stairs down to the hot tub and pool are just behind the chairs. There are several nice views of the ocean from this level.

On the middle-level of the house there are decks that are partially covered, so you have a choice of basking in the sun or relaxing in the partial shade. The green chairs are outside the sliding glass doors to one of the master bedrooms.

Here's another view of the middle-level decks, showing the entrances to the two master bedrooms on that level plus the seating area outside the twin bedroom.

The hot tub is on the middle level decks, easily accessed from the bedrooms and the pool. We enjoy relaxing in the hot tub at night, watching the shooting stars.

In January I caught this neat moon rise over the ocean from the decks of 1 Cool Spot!. It was a crisp clear night, with stars bright in the sky and the moon lighting up the ocean. Quite a site!
